Communication

At Caring Senior Service, you will never have to worry about trying to get in touch with someone; we ensure that every caregiver has 24/7 access to all office staff whenever needed. To make things even easier, we use a software program called Tendio, which allows caregivers to stay updated at all times. With Tendio, you can see clients’ care plans and schedules, as well as any additional work opportunities. You will also use this application to clock in and out, complete visit notes, and deem your availability.
