Communication
When it comes to caregiving, we know how important a stable line of communication is. That’s why we provide 24/7 access to our office staff. No matter the time of day, one of our on-call care managers will be ready to help you with whatever issue you may have. We also use our web-based proprietary software program, Tendio, to streamline communication and tasks. Using this program, we easily communicate new schedules, new clients, and new work opportunities. We also use Tendio to log visit notes, track time, and request time off.
Training
As a caregiver, you can never receive too much training. There will always be something new that pops up, which is why we provide ongoing training to even our most experienced caregivers. Our caregiver-focused training programs allow you to confidently work with a new client, even if their needs are completely new to you. This program also serves as a nice refresher course for those who need to brush up on their skills. Part of our pledge to our clients is ensuring they receive the highest level of service, and this isn’t possible without our highly trained caregivers.
