Telehealth Benefit

You can receive a consultation, diagnosis, and treatment option all from the comfort and safety of your home. No more sitting in traffic or waiting hours in a waiting room when you need to see a physician.

Teledoc costs our employees nothing to use—it’s absolutely free. You won’t have to pay co-insurance, copays, or per-call fees.
Employee Reward Program
It’s important to feel valued in the workplace. That is why we created the Caring Rewards program, a platform-based system that allows you to earn rewards points by helping us fulfill our GreatCare® promise to our clients. You can use these points on the Caring Rewards website, which has over 10,000 items available to choose from. Join our team and reap the rewards!
Communication
Keeping a proper line of communication between the office and our caregivers is incredibly important to us. We promise that all of our caregivers will have 24/7 access to our office staff so they can get help when they need it most. No matter the time of day, one of our on-call managers will answer the phone to provide assistance. We also use Tendio, our web-based proprietary software program, to keep our caregivers updated with important information. This includes new client plans, new work opportunities, and schedule changes. We also use this software to keep up with timekeeping.
Training
Our team of caregivers is incredibly trained and experienced, but even the most experienced caregiver could use a refresher course from time to time. We have developed a caregiver-focused training program to ensure our staff has the confidence they need to help our clients with their specific needs. We also offer customized training courses to help develop individual skills and attributes. Part of our promise to provide the best service possible to our clients is having caregivers who are well-trained and fully prepared for whatever task they may encounter.
