Communication

Communication is an integral part of any workplace relationship. This is why we offer 24/7 access to our office staff. We have an on-call care manager who can answer your call no matter the time, day or night. We also use a software program called Tendio, which allows us to keep you updated on important information like clients’ care plans, schedules, new clients, and additional work opportunities. We also use Tendio so our caregivers can clock in and out for accurate timekeeping. 

Training

No matter your experience in the industry, we offer training services to help you grow as a caregiver professional. Our training programs will instill the confidence you need to take on a new client with care needs that you aren’t familiar with. We also offer individual training courses to support the specific areas you’re seeking growth in.
