This allows our employees to receive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment, which includes prescriptions for most non-emergent conditions, from the comfort of their own homes. 

This service is available 24/7, allowing you to seek the consultation you need, no matter when you need it.

Employee Reward Program

At Caring Senior Service, we want to be sure our caregivers are consistently recognized and rewarded for their hard work. That is why we have developed a reward program called Caring Rewards. This is a platform-based system that allows caregivers to earn reward points by fulfilling our GreatCare® promise to our clients. You can redeem these reward points on our Caring Rewards website, which has over 10,000 items to choose from! 

Communication

Communication is vital in the workplace. We know that questions or issues may pop up at any time when it comes to caregiving. That’s why all of our caregivers have 24/7 access to our office staff. We have on-call care managers who can answer calls no matter the time of day. We use a software program called Tendio, which allows us to keep you up to date on all the essential information. It also makes timekeeping much easier. 

Training

Training is an integral part of career building, no matter how many years of service you have under your belt. Even the most experienced caregiver can still use some training. For all of our caregiver jobs in Horizon City, TX, we offer training programs that give you the confidence you need in the day-to-day or to take on a new client whose needs you are unfamiliar with. We also provide individual training courses to help you better yourself in areas you need work in. In order to provide the best service possible, we need to ensure all of our caregivers are as prepared as possible!
