Communication

In order to provide the best service possible to our clients, we need to ensure communication is flawless between our caregivers and office staff. We promise every caregiver 24/7 access to our office staff. Even if your call is at 3 a.m., an on-call care manager will answer your call. We also use a program called Tendio to improve communication. Tendio allows us to keep you updated on important information like care plans, new schedules, and additional work opportunities. You can also use Tendio to let us know when you are available or when you need a day off. 

Training

To provide the best care possible to our clients, we ensure all of our caregivers receive the best training possible. It doesn’t matter if this is your first year in the industry or you are a seasoned vet, everyone can benefit from additional training. We also offer individual training courses to support and advance your knowledge of specific conditions.
