Communication
It’s essential to establish a solid line of communication. We offer all of our caregivers 24/7 access to our office staff. If you need to speak with us, even if it’s at 2 a.m., an on-call manager will be there to help you with what you need. We also use our web-based proprietary software, Tendio, to make communication easier. This program allows us to quickly update you on the information you need to know about, such as clients’ care plans, new schedules, and additional work opportunities. You can also schedule time off using this software.
Training
We need to be sure all of our caregivers are ready no matter what issue is thrown their way. That’s why we offer a training program for all of our caregiver jobs in Vinton. Even the most experienced caregiver will tell you there’s always something new to learn! We also offer individual training courses to support specific conditions and develop personal attributes. These training programs allow us to provide the best care possible to our clients.
