Communication

A healthy workplace is all about good communication. That is why we guarantee every caregiver will have 24/7 access to someone on our office staff. Our on-call manager will answer the call no matter the time of day. We use our web-based proprietary software program called Tendio to ensure our caregivers are always in the know. We can update you on important information like clients’ care plans, schedules, and new work opportunities, and even keep track of your time at work. 

Training

In order to fulfill our GreatCare® promise to our clients, we need to be sure all of our caregivers are properly trained. That is why we offer caregiver-focused training programs no matter how experienced a caregiver is. Individual training courses can help caregivers focus on improving on their weaknesses and bolstering their strengths. This not only helps grow your career but also continues our commitment to providing our clients with excellent care and services.
