On April 29th, CEO and founder of Caring Senior Service, Jeff Salter, reached Wilmington, NC, on his 9,000-mile bike ride to close the gap in senior care. His ride focuses on raising awareness of gaps in senior care, like caregiver shortages, lack of senior care technology, etc. He is also encouraging communities to donate to the Grab the Bars fundraiser, which will go towards purchasing and installing grab bars in seniors' homes to close the gap in fall prevention.
The Caring Senior Service of Wilmington team welcomed Jeff with a senior care resource expo and lots of community support. Jeff was also featured on Good Morning Carolina during his time in Wilmington. Check out the interview below!
