Telehealth Benefit

With 24/7 access to Teladoc, our employees no longer have to wait in long lines in urgent care or worry about paying a copay or coinsurance. Teladoc provides our employees with free, online consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for non-emergency health concerns from a licensed medical professional. We care not only for our clients’ wellbeing but for our employees’ wellbeing too.

Communication

Keeping in close contact at all hours of the day and night is vital in this industry. If our caregivers have questions or need help, they have 24/7 access to our office staff. We also use an online application, Tendio, where our caregivers stay updated on their clients’ care plans, schedules, and new clients. Tendio is used to find new work opportunities and to expand their expertise. Tendio is also used as the main interface to track time, record visit notes, and set availability preferences. 

Training

Even the best caregivers in the industry can benefit from ongoing training and refreshers. Our caregivers are tasked with individualized cases daily, and with personalized training, they are equipped to provide our clients the best possible care. Our caregiver-focused training programs ensure we keep our GreatCare® promise to our clients.
