Keeping in close contact at all hours of the day and night is vital in this industry. If our caregivers have questions or need help, they have 24/7 access to our office staff. We also use an online application, Tendio, where our caregivers stay updated on their clients’ care plans, schedules, and new clients. Tendio is used to find new work opportunities and to expand their expertise. Tendio is also used as the main interface to track time, record visit notes, and set availability preferences.
