Deb Smith Named Caring Caregiver of the Year

Our very own Deb Smith was named 2022 Caring Caregiver of the Year. Deb has worked with the Galesburg office for the past 10 years. During that time, she has worked with multiple clients, who all adore her. Her clients and co-workers all love her charming smile and quick wit. 

At the office, Deb is known for going above and beyond for her clients — it's just part of how she delivers GreatCare®. She never backs away from challenging cases, is never late, and rarely has to call off a shift. Deb also helps mentor other caregivers in the office, exemplifying what it means to be a Caring caregiver. 

Deb was selected out of over 1,500 caregivers to receive this award. The CEO and founder of Caring, Jeff Salter, flew to Galesburg to present the award to Deb at a small celebration. Some of Deb's clients also came to support her in this award, showing the impact she has had on those she works with.
