Teladoc doesn’t come with any additional fees for our employees. No co-pays, co-insurance, or pay per call.

Communication

We want each of our Bustleton senior helpers to feel seen and supported, no matter the time of day. As a caregiver, you’ll have 24/7 access to our office staff, including our all-hours, on-call care manager. Our innovative technology platform, Tendio, makes this communication easy and allows you to stay on top of client care plans and schedules, as well as find new clients and opportunities. Plus, you’ll use Tendio to easily clock in and out of work, take visit notes, and submit your own schedule requests.

Training

Even the most experienced senior caregivers can benefit from additional training and support. As a part of your caregiver job in Bustleton, we are proud to offer focused training programs that can boost your confidence and give you the tools to handle a variety of situations you may encounter in your work.
