Meet Mathew Abraham, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Eastern Montgomery County. His educational background is in engineering and information science; however, Matthew developed a career in information technology before becoming a Caring Senior Service franchise owner in 2011. As the owner of Caring Senior Service, it’s his goal to give seniors the control needed to live safely at home and to give their families peace of mind. He and his team believe that every senior should be able to remain healthy, happy, and home.
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client's home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
