Communication

As a caregiver, we know there are times when you’re only as good as your support system. That’s why we make sure our office staff is on call 24/7, so if you need us at 2 a.m., we’ll be there. Our caregivers are just part of the team that upholds our excellent care service, so we make sure our caregivers have the qualified support they need when they need it.

We use a proprietary, web-based software package called Tendio where employees can track time, request days off, and log visit notes. At Caring Senior Service, we make sure our caregiver jobs in Philadelphia have the support and technology to do their work and stay up to date.
