Our Owner
Cindy Sheller and Nick Pazarentzos are a mother-son duo dedicated to providing quality care services to seniors. Cindy is also the successful owner of Caring Senior Service of Tucson and has over 28 years in the healthcare industry. Nick is a nationally certified and Texas EMT-Paramedic, Nick has been a firefighter for the past 15 years and has been called to assist countless seniors in their homes throughout his career. He knows firsthand the importance of great care in the home. Both Cindy and Nick have a deep passion for serving others and are excited to bring Caring’s GreatCare® method to the Dallas area and provide the very best in-home care.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client's home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
