We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Our services are covered if you have long-term care insurance or if you qualify for the Aid and Attendance program with the VA. We can help with the VA’s prequalification requirements for this benefit. You will need to contact our individual offices to see which ones accept Medicaid, as not all of our offices accept Medicaid. Medicare does not provide coverage for our in-home care services.

Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE

Big things or small, we’re there to help with personal care like bathing and dressing, getting out for walks, daily hygiene, toileting, and more.

TRANSPORTATION

We ensure you can get from here to there to make all your appointments on time, visit the local senior center, or attend Sunday services.

• MEAL PREPARATION: We prepare meals to ensure well-rounded nutrition for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, always mindful of dietary needs and restrictions.
• MEDICATION REMINDERS: Medication reminders help ensure timeliness, proper dosages of the correct medication, and adequate inventory.
• COMPANIONSHIP: No one wants to feel lonely, and our caregivers know how important it is to be there with genuine personal interaction, like playing games or sharing conversations.
• RESPITE CARE: Caring for your loved one is a 24-hour job, and when you need a break or have to be away, we’re there to fill in while you’re gone.
• ERRAND SERVICE: When it’s time to run to the post office, pick up a prescription refill, or shop for a birthday card, we can help.
• LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: A tidy house is a safe house. We help with dusting, wiping down counters, washing dishes, folding the laundry, and other light housekeeping.
• FAMILY PORTAL:  We provide all clients with a tablet that keeps them connected to our staff and allows them access to support.
• HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: We can conduct an extensive 43-point safety assessment to ensure the home is free of tripping hazards and provides a safe environment.
