Communication

Communication is a vital part of our caregiver jobs in Jacksonville. Caring Seniors promises 24/7 office staff access for every caregiver. If you need help at 3 a.m. or any other time of day, our on-call care manager will assist you. In order to further facilitate communication, we provide our proprietary web-based software program, Tendio, to keep you updated on important information. This system allows you to stay in the loop regarding client schedules, care plans, and more. You can also learn about opportunities for additional work, use the system to clock in and out, and record client notes.

Training

At Caring Senior Service, we hire caregivers with experience to ensure we provide the best possible service for our clients. We also understand that even experienced caregivers can encounter challenges with clients. That’s why we offer ongoing training programs that equip caregivers with the knowledge and confidence they need to deliver outstanding client care. Caregivers can take these courses to learn more about specific conditions and how to handle them, or to just brush up on their skills. We believe you should never stop learning and growing!
