Communication
Caring Senior Service values the importance of communication, which is why we offer around-the-clock access to our office staff! We have on-call managers who will answer the phone whenever you call, no matter what time of day or night. To make things even easier, we offer online communication via Tendio, which allows us to keep you updated on important client information. With Tendio, you can view clients’ care plans, schedules, new clients, and additional work opportunities. Our employees use Tendio to clock in and out, document visit notes, as well as inform us of their availability.
Training
We pride ourselves on hiring only the best caregivers at Caring Senior Service, which is why we lend a helping hand in furthering your knowledge and experience with our training programs. The programs offered are caregiver focused and will aid with taking on new clients with unfamiliar care needs or even just serving as a refresher when needed. We can even assign individual training to support specific learning needs and aid in the development of personal attributes.
