On June 8th, Jeff Salter, CEO and founder of Caring Senior Service, reached Kansas City on his US bike tour. He plans to travel over 9,000 miles on an electric bike to visit all of the Caring locations and raise awareness of unmet needs in senior care. Part of his goal is to raise money for grab bars to help close the gap in fall prevention.
Jeff was met in Kansas City by the local team at Caring Senior Service of Kansas City, who organized a silent auction fundraiser for the cause. While in town, Jeff was also interviewed by KCWE News to talk about his goals and how Caring is seeking to improve the senior care industry. Watch the interview below.
