Our Owner

Meet Dean White, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Irvine. Dean is a native of California and grew up in Orange County. Throughout his career, he has had experiences in business and ministry. His professional experience includes marketing consultant and financial advisor. In ministry, Dean has worked with some of the largest churches in Southern California to help support orphans, help impoverished communities, and rebuild economic structures in foreign countries. Dean is compassionate and loves mentoring, coaching, and helping others. Outside of business, Dean enjoys performing magic, snowboarding, tennis, and being active in the community. He has been married for 26 years and has become Uncle Dean 29 times.

Our Team

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client's home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
