Communication

If you need help at 3 a.m., our on-call care manager will answer your call. Our proprietary web-based software system, Tendio, is another tool that enhances communication between staff and caregivers. This system helps caregivers with timekeeping, vacation requests, note-taking, client schedules, and more. 

Training

We understand that even experienced caregivers can run into challenges with the seniors they work with. We demonstrate commitment to our caregivers’ success with our additional training courses. We provide focused training programs to give you the knowledge and resources to deliver quality care. You can choose individual training courses that teach you to handle unfamiliar health needs and provide better care.
