You can use Teladoc 24/7. Whenever you need to speak to a physician, Teladoc is there. 

The best part is our employees pay nothing to use Teladoc. They don’t have to pay a copay, co-insurance, or per-call fee.

Communication

As a caregiver, we understand how important it is to have a constant line of communication between you and the office. That’s why we promise every caregiver 24/7 access to our office staff. Even if you call at 2 a.m., our on-call manager will answer to help you with the issues you’re having. We also use Tendio, our proprietary software program, to improve communication. Tendio allows us to keep caregivers updated on care plans, schedules, new clients, and new work opportunities. This program also makes it easy to clock in or clock out. You can even request a day off on Tendio.

Training

We hire highly qualified caregivers at Caring Senior Service, but even the most experienced caregiver can use a refresher from time to time. That’s why we offer caregiver-focused training programs to grow confidence in new and experienced caregivers. This training will ensure you’re ready to work with every client, no matter their needs. We also offer individual training courses to support specific conditions. We want to provide the best senior home care possible, and that’s why we want every member of our caregivers to receive the best training possible.
