Why Choose Caring Senior Service
We believe our caregivers are the heart of our community. They work diligently to provide unique services for our clients every day. This brings peace of mind to our seniors and their families.
When you begin your home care assistant career with our Longmont agency at Caring Senior Service, you will deal with your own set of unique challenges with your clients. As you strive to help them remain happy and healthy in their homes, we will guide you every step of the way.
Telehealth Benefit
Our team knows the frustrations of unexpected sickness and sitting for long hours in urgent care. That is why we provide our employees with telehealth benefits through Teladoc. This service quickly connects you with a licensed physician so you can get the treatment you need. Our telehealth benefit includes a consultation and diagnosis online, 24/7.
Teladoc offers convenient care without charging you a copay, co-insurance premiums, or other fees. We proudly provide this service for our employees for free!
Employee Reward Program
The team at Caring Senior Service knows how hard our employees work to provide quality care for our clients. That is why we also work hard to recognize the outstanding work they do every day. Our Caring Rewards program is a platform-based system that helps you earn points toward amazing rewards as you fulfill our GreatCare® promise daily. As you accumulate points, you can access our Caring Rewards website and redeem these points for your choice of over 10,000 incredible items. Join our Longmont caregiving team and be rewarded!
Communication
Caring Senior Service values communication between clients, families, and caregivers. We know there are times when caregivers need assistance, and we want to offer our help. Part of our employee commitment is providing 24/7 access to our office staff. Whether you need help at 2 a.m. or during regular hours, an on-call care manager will answer your call. You can also take advantage of easier communication with our proprietary software program, Tendio, which keeps you updated on client information, scheduling, and more. As a part of their caregiver job at our Longmont agency, our employees use Tendio for timekeeping, note-taking, and requesting time off.
Training
We hire experienced caregivers at Caring Senior Service, but even the most experienced professional can benefit from refresher courses. Part of our commitment to outstanding care includes providing ongoing training for our caregivers to ensure our GreatCare® mission is carried out. Our training programs include specialty training that increases knowledge of unique health conditions and specific needs. Even experienced caregivers can benefit from additional training. We design these courses as part of our GreatCare® promise, which is our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families.
