Our Owner

Meet Willie Giddens, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Atlanta North. Willie has nearly 30 years of experience in the home health and hospice industry. He began his career in the medical field as a medical specialist in the US Army. During his time in the Army, Willie pursued further education to become an LPN and RN. He later received his Bachelor's of Nursing. Willie has worked in the healthcare field in many different capacities, including case manager, staff nurse, CPR instructor, and director of operations. His deep passion to help others and his love of healthcare motivate Willie to advocate for seniors and underserved populations. As the owner of Caring Senior Service of Atlanta North, Willie is proud to help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home.

Our Team

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client's home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
