Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: Our personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, incontinence, mobility, exercise, and more.
TRANSPORTATION: We help seniors maintain independence by providing transportation to wherever they want to go.
MEAL PREPARATION: Our staff can prepare meals to meet dietary restrictions. Tell us what you want to eat, and we’ll make it.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Our caregivers help manage medications by reminding seniors to take their medications on schedule.
COMPANIONSHIP: From playing games to sharing stories, our caregivers provide social interaction for lonely seniors.
RESPITE CARE: Respite care provides a break from family caregiving so you can relax while knowing your loved one is safe.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Long-term care insurance covers our service. Most medical insurances do not provide coverage for our service. The VA offers an Aide & Attendant program, but certain restrictions apply. Our office staff can assist with pre-qualification for this VA benefit. Medicaid may cover some services, but most of our offices do not currently accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Also, they were very prompt in always replying to all our phone calls and emails and very patient in dealing with our long-term care insurance company.   My mother is 101 and had fallen a couple.of times.  She needed 24/7 care and my friend Debra was the first person I called. She had mom set up and a caregiver there within 24 hours. Over the last 3 weeks 4-6 have been on a rotation and all have been stellar. Very competent, personable, attentive and proactive. Mom has not had one complaint and neither have I.

  Caring Senior Service/AtlantaNorth was there for me when a family member experienced a health crisis that rendered them immobile and in need of in-home care. The situation changed rapidly and unexpectedly, but Fred Frost and his experienced team were able to send kind and loving caregivers to assist. Fred always rolled up his sleeves and got to work himself if gaps in caregiver coverage arose.
