Our Owner

Meet Joe Bosas, the owner of Caring Senior Service of Nashville. He grew up on the south side of Chicago, surrounded by drugs, abuse, and violence. At times in his childhood, he was even homeless. But Joe took the bricks life threw at him and built a rock-solid foundation for his future. He developed strong self-discipline that helped him obtain 2 degrees and find success as a software engineer and rental property owner. Joe is married with 2 children and strives to maintain a close relationship with God. His family and his faith led Joe to join the home care industry. “I have so much love for my own children, and I want someone to have that same level of love and care for them when they are in their senior years. I view each of my clients in the same way. Their parents would have wanted their children to be loved and cared for. I truly do believe that God has called me to serve in this capacity.” Joe and his team are dedicated to providing seniors with greater independence and enabling them to foster the healthiest and happiest lifestyle possible.  

Our Team

Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client's home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
