Meet the Wallace Family: Fred, Kathy, and their son Mitch. Fred Wallace purchased his first business in 1972 at just 22 years old, and since then, he has continued to demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He has successfully owned and operated businesses across many industries, from restaurants to rental properties. Fred and his wife, Kathy, understand firsthand the difficulties of caring for an aging loved one; they cared for Kathy's parents until their passing. As a result of their shared experience, they have a passion to help seniors live their final years at home rather than in a facility.
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client's home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
