Teladoc is a telehealth benefit available to our employees—at no cost—no copays, co-insurance, or call fees! No need to worry about getting a same-day appointment or waiting for hours in a waiting room.

We recognize our caregivers when they go above and beyond. We have created an online platform called Caring Rewards, which is a point-based system where we reward and recognize our employees for doing an outstanding job. Communication
Communication at any time of the day is always important, especially in this field. To ensure that our caregivers always have everything they need to provide the best possible service, we provide them with 24/7 access to our office staff. We have an on-call manager available to accept calls no matter the time, even at 2 a.m. And, through our web-based proprietary software program, Tendio, our caregivers are able to receive updates on their clients, schedules, and new client information, as well as view additional work opportunities. As a part of their caregiver job in Irvine, our staff utilizes Tendio to manage their time, add visit notes, request time off, and more.
Training
Even though we hire well-qualified caregivers, we still lend a helping hand in furthering their knowledge in the field. At Caring Senior Service, we offer caregiver-focused training programs to help our caregivers properly enlighten themselves on unfamiliar cases or even use additional training as refresher courses. Our GreatCare® promise is to provide the best possible care to our seniors and support their families, and by offering comprehensive training programs, we are ensuring that we always keep our promise of providing GreatCare®.
