Today is Earth Day. Today I rode my bike to work. Lot’s of people are walking, riding or using public transportation today in honor of the day we focus on our Earth. We recently conducted a national survey of what we call ‘senior’s trusted advisors’ which included Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Home Health Administrators and Nurses. All of these individuals are involved with care at multiple points in the care continuum.
