Our Caregivers

Our caregivers help families take control of their lives and allow their loved ones to remain at home.  Being a caregiver requires special qualities, such as patience and compassion, that we require in all of our employees.  Our GreatCare® method allows our caregivers to develop care solutions to help seniors age in place and provide reassurance to families so that they can return to their daily lives.

Training, Background Checks, Monitoring

To ensure our clients receive quality service, each caregiver must pass our exclusive CSS Training Program.  This multi-tiered program requires all caregivers to pass specific levels of caregiver training before they are allowed to provide care in the home.  Caregivers are matched to our clients based on their skill sets and personality.

Because your safety and security are very important to us, our caregivers are carefully screened by conducting both identity and background checks.  This program provides continuous monitoring of our caregivers and alerts us if their is any activity.  You can be assured that your loved ones are being care for by trusted individuals.

Client care is also supervised through regular home visits by our Care Managers.  You will have a face-to-face meeting with your Care Manager and selected caregiver to make sure you are completely comfortable before any elder services are provided in your or your loved one’s home.

Our caregivers have experience in caring for clients with various conditions including:

  • Heart Disease
  • Cancer
  • Dementia
  • Stroke
  • COPD
  • Emphysema
