Bob Hays is Chief Financial Officer of Caring Senior Service. He assumed his current position in June 2008. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University. Bob served as a career officer in the United States Air Force and held positions as auditor, audit manager, financial manager, executive officer, deputy director, comptroller and commander during his distinguished career. Prior to joining Caring Senior Service, Bob held many prominent positions at companies including Goodwill Industries of San Antonio, NTS/XXCAL, an information technology staffing company and Applied Clinical Trials, a clinical trial research company.

I was coming off of an unfavorable experience with assisted living. Fortunately for me, one of the employees of that company was able to steer me to Caring Senior Service. I was impressed by Deborah’s attitude toward my need for services. She brought the people that were going to be helping me to my home so I could gage their attitude towards me and they could become informed of my expectations of their services.
Fortunately for both of us, the interaction was favorable. It has been good for me to have reliable, clean and courteous help. So far, I have had nothing to complain about. I can again relax and feel like I am getting value for my money.
